#Motivation Understanding Needs

        This is the sixth level of needs in Maslow’s model of needs. It refers to human beings are requiring having some basic knowledge to participate in social activities. 

        There is an urgent need for people to acquire relevant knowledge, information, skills that help them to communicates with others and can work for the betterment of the society.

        Todaro and Smith (2009) examine that improving the level of living of people requires the need for better education, increased job, higher income, greater attention to cultural and human values of the society. Indeed, knowledge is power in the human environment.
