#Education Syllabus ?
A syllabus can be defined as an outline of what should be taught and how it should be taught. In this regard, Hutchinson and waters (1987 to 80) define syllabus as a “statement of what is to be learned and how it can be learned”. In other words, we can say that it is a summary of what a learner will going to explore and how he will accommodate it. A well-designed syllabus is very helpful for learners as well as for instructors to know about what should be learned and how it should be learned. There are two terms here one is curriculum and another one is the syllabus. A curriculum is broader term whereas a syllabus is a specific term. The curriculum is ocean and syllabus is a river, it means it is part of an ocean. Curriculum is for every subject and it is designed by institute while the syllabus is specific only for one subject and it is designed by the teacher only.
